Jeffrey Rubin is a visual artist born in NYC. He has produced abstract paintings as well as realistic paintings on photographs and abstract photographs as well as photos on glass. His most recent works are photo abstractions. Rubin's interest is in finding organic imagery that reflects the ever changing nature of time and presents it in a new and visually exciting way.
He was awarded the 2015 Established Artist Fellowship in Photography from the Delaware Division of the Arts.

The Award Winners XV exhibition will be displayed on the second floor of the Biggs Museum. An Artist Award Presentation will take place at the Biggs Museum on Saturday, September 26, 2015 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. This event will be free of charge and open to the public.
